Warmth

It's pretty cold in the Big D today, but my heart is full of warmth and hope.  I've been watching the inauguration of President Obama and nothing today, including the weather, leaves me feeling cold.  This may well have been the highlight of the ceremony for me:

Wasn't it great? Sorry about the salt :)

Have watched almost all day--went into work for one of the RN's who was receiving The Daisy Award. That's how much I love that young nurse that I would miss Pres. Obama's inaugural speech. Thank God for youtube. What a proud day for this country.

You're forgiven for the salt in the wound stuff Rose.

Distracted, you're a good nurse-and probably a really good mentor. What's a Daisy Award?

Cold here, too, but man oh man, what a day. I am still smiling.

I saw the ceremony as well through my fuzzy eyes (I had my eye exam today). It was very moving, let the good times roll for your country...ciao

I don't think I have ever seen so many excited and happy people. It was refreshing!

I loved that guy too. It was a great day. This coming from a fan of former President and Laura Bush :)
