Wild Turkey

My brother's back yard on Tuesday:

Besides the obvious, what do you call a grouping of turkeys?

Besides stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, what goes good with turkey?  I'd say a fiddle.  I heard the Detroit Symphony Orchestra do a rendition of this song that sounded amazing.  Too bad I couldn't find that.

Funny you should post this as I saw a "flock" of wild turkeys on the weekend, but dh went by too fast for me to take a photo. I have never actually seen wild turkeys before. I hear it's pretty tough meat?

My brother tried to get a picture of the tom but it didn't turn out. These were just the gals. A group of turkeys is a rafter.
