Miss T, it helps that there were only a handful of stitches in the beginning. Now that I have 540 stitches per round, I've slowed down a lot. I feel accomplished if I knit more than 2 rows a day. Hah. The border is weighing on my mind now. Several resources have stated it's taken 500 yards of lace weight yarn to knit the border. Seeing as I'm almost done and haven't even used 900 for the body, I'm intimidated by the border. Besides, I've never knit off a border before. Yikes.

I enjoyed that video. The scenery was a tad nicer than that in the film if I rememebr correctly.
Can't remember hearing this version but it's a good one. I can only remember The Beatles version.
Great knitting, you're almost there Rudee. Well now there's a cue for an Andy Williams song!
What a work of art, and almost finished!
