It's Been a Pleasure...

Tonight I can finally say I've seen it all and because of that, my end may soon be near.  My husband was taking me to Wolfgang Puck's restaurant for a bite to eat, but we got turned around and had a hell of a time finding the place.  We were northbound on the Lodge freeway, just past Bagley (I know, we missed the exit), when I noticed a freeway overpass where people had set up house beneath the bridge.  I kid you not, there were two side chairs, and a heap of junk that was clearly someone's belongings.  So you see, since I've seen it all now, things could soon be over.  I didn't want to take a chance and not be able to say, so long.

That is very sad. It seems to be a sign of the times. More and more of our families are loosing their homes.

I hope you and your husband managed to have a nice night out. I hope you found the restaurant. Was it as good as it is suppose to be?

Well, I wondered what this year would bring. Not good is it? My husband and I have been wondering how many companies are taking advantage of the situations by letting people go when maybe they don't need to. If that even makes sense. Somehow it does to me. Hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your evening!

Glad you had a good dinner. It's sobering to see folks living like that. It could be any of us...
