Tuesday is for Twits

We are done with the estate sales extortionist. He has failed to produce his buyer and their fictitious money and now he's out of our lives. Of course, he's still threatening to sue us because in his mind, we are in breach of contract. We've rearranged our lives for him for 3 weeks in a row and each week, he, the buyers and the money, have failed to materialize. I never agreed to open my life at all hours to be a furniture showroom.

He went down with a barrage of insulting emails that he mistakenly addressed to our resident hothead. Whilst you may be willing to believe you know who that is, let me assure you that it's not me. I relinquished the duties of dealing with this ass the moment he said I must be having a bad day. What a jerk.

Well now, that's the end of that bit of nasty business and I feel much better. It's time to get ready for winter's next appearance.

So what are you going to do about the dining room set? Still planning on selling it or keeping it?

Oh, no. Not more winter for you?

I'm glad that you can forget about that so-called sales person. I'm sure your yarn is very happy in the sideboard.

For heaven's sake, why can't people be truthful & civil? What a pain in the behind. Hope your wintry weather just moves on through quickly to make way for ACTUAL spring :)

What a frustrating experience! And another winter blast yet. Just cozy up and knit away.

I heard it snowed in New York the other day. Man...when will we get a break. I can't believe the rudeness of the man trying to buy your set. What a pain!

There has to be a way to safeguard against his threats - the fact that he is threatening you is wrong and I think illegal - but I am glad that he is gone. He had three weeks to produce and he didn't. He lied and lied.

Anyhoodle - wow, I can't not believe that you all and the rest of the world is still getting snow. Ridiculous. I had my doors open all day - and although it is going to drop into the forties this week we aren't getting snow.

Hope it skips you all.

Glad you turned the twit over to your husband! Sounds like you had a good time at the movies.. I'll have to check out that movie... Matthew is a cutie; I like watching him in whatever movie he's in :)

Glad you are through with him. Save those e-mails in case he does try to take you to small claims.
