Good bye! Good bye, Ruby! Good Luck! Don't take money from strangers. Be nice to those judges on Tuesday! And hey, lay off of the fair food. See you soon. I hope you're wearing a big blue ribbon the next time I see you, better yet, the rosette for best in show!

Oh, Rudee, Ruby is extraordinary! So beautiful. If she doesn't come home with a Blue Ribbon, something is not right with the world. Stunning!

Holy GOODNESS! Amazing! I love the brooch - but the shawl just outshines everything in it's sight.

And Cheryl is right - it will come home with a blue ribbon. Assuredly.

Gorgeous! Do you have to mail her or hand carry and set her up yourself? I can't wait to see how she does!

Outstanding! That shawl is magnificent! You have done a beautiful bit of display work. Ruby is certainly worthy of top prize, IMHO.

Ooooh, she may have lost her head, but she is wearing your beautiful piece of art, and that's all she needs to shine! To win!

What a wonderfully beautiful finished piece!

Rose, she will be hand carried and set up by me. The fair grounds are exactly 2.5 miles down the street from me. Not too shabby.

Thank you everyone. When I put the shawl on the dress form, I was smitten all over again. I can't believe I've promised this piece to charity, but I have. I'm already having separation anxiety.

She is beautifully displayed, she will do you proud

So you are donating this to charity after she wins...or does that come with the rules to put it in the fair? When I go to Quilt Shows I think they keep the winners but I am not sure. I think when they win they at least go traveling for quite awhile. I don't think I have ever been to a fair.
She is a beauty!
