Random thought

I like a little baked potato with my sour cream and butter.

Just thought I'd share that with you. The lowly potato is the perfect vehicle for fat delivery and can be quite delicious when you don't get an opportunity to have dinner. On the menu? One baked potato and an ice cold beer.

I'd show you a picture, but I already snarfed it down.

Sincerely,

The Starving Hospice Slave

GREAT POST.. Also a big bowl of cereal banana and surgar are great when I don't want to cook!

You should have a hot fudge sundae with that to meet your dairy requirement, or a banana split so that you have some fruit as well. :)

Baked potatoes are perfect food. Love 'em with butter, salt and pepper. And nice crispy skins. That's it.

You work so hard that you will urn away those carbs and fat. I like grill cheese, but I use the low fat cheese.

The ice cold beer sounds good. It's only 11 am here and it sure sounds good. :)

OMGosh, I used to do that. No more. Eating right is a lot of trouble I promise you. SIL made a wonderful Amazing Coconut Pie with Splenda for Easter. I bet I got that recipe real quick. I guess you all are still fighting the storms too or are they more south of you. 6 inches of rain here in about that many days. Duck weather here in Ky.
