My shift ended not a moment too soon tonight--right before the storms swooped in. Right now, Leo is snoring gently beside me, my feet are up as I catch up with Dancing With the Stars and listen to rain pelt the windows. There is a beautiful light (and sound) show in the skies tonight, even if it is a miserable 39 degrees out there.
Well at least this precipitation requires no shoveling.

Sounds like a little moment of heaven, Rudee. I love the idea of Leo snuggled up next to you after a long day. And the storm for entertainment? Priceless.
Be well--
Kathleen
Amen, sister.

I slept through last night's show, unlike the night before when the thunder woke me up. But two days of driving to work in the pouring rain are about enough!
What we always say about rain: it's nature's snow shovel.
Glad you made it home in time to just watch the light show.
I left a comment before but it zoomed into cyberspace.
Glad you are safe and sound. Our Milwaukee daughter says it's 30 there with high winds and sleet! Hope spring comes soon to all of you.
I sure hope the weather settles down soon. Could use a few normal weeks...
I'm trying real hard to send the sunshine up that way. Will swap for some rain.
