Miracles Happen

For years, I've suffered with terrible feet. The skin is dry, flaky, calloused and the skin on my heels cracks. I've tried everything under the sun including pedicures, a ped-egg, daily application of lotions, potions, creams, tea tree oil...you name it, I've tried it. I've even tried antifungal remedies thinking it could be a sort athlete's foot. It isn't.

Sometimes, even though my feet get routine attention, the cracks become so deep and tender that walking becomes painful.

The other day, I Googled cracked heels and came upon a site full of testimonials about a remedy from an Australian company called, Flexitol Heel Balm. I thought, what the heck, I'll give it a shot and I picked up a tube from the local Rite Aid on Thursday.

It works. It's a miracle. In fact, I saw and felt a difference OVERNIGHT. It was worth every penny and I'm about to stock up. I think the last product endorsement I did was for my Tempur-pedic bed. I'm still geeked about my bed, but this may be even better.

If you have feet as bad as I've described, get thee to a drug store. I have heard that Target sells this potion for much less than I paid for it, like 50% less, but like I said, it was worth what I paid and more.

I wish I had taken before and after pictures so I could show you the proof, but I didn't think about it. Besides, I've spent a lot of time trying to cover up my feet as they weren't my best feature. I have a feeling that with summer coming, I'm going to have an awesome time shopping for sandals and flip flops.

A word of warning...less is more and you need to put socks on after application.

Go forth and make your feet happy!

It must be wonderful to have such overnight success. Will you put a testimonial on their page?

They should at least send you a coupon!

I am so getting some of that. My feet are terrible. It's embarrassing to wear sandals in the summer.

Go Aussies :) I will go to Target at lunch and get some. I've been using a mix of two products at noc with not very great results. Love your endorsement of this product made by my compatriots..can you tell I'm proud? :)

Oh I am so glad you have happy feet. Nothing worse than a nurse with bad feet is a nurse with a bad back. Since I retired everything I have is in good shape, except my figure. Glad you found that. Blessings

Thanks for the info, I'm passing it on to my 20 year old daughter who is mortified that her feet are WAY worse than mine, even though I'm about to be 50!! (And she'd kill me if she knew I just outed her in your comment section)

That is probably one of the few problems I don't have, ha! But I might buy some for my hubby, his heels are atrocious. But...I have bought Miracle Hand Cream (and they have Miracle Foot Cream) at Bed, Bath and Beyond section of "As seen on TV) and I love the hand cream so I'm assuming the foot cream would be good too.

Thanks for the pitch, I might pick some up.

My some has a temper -pedic and loves it, although it took him time to adjust to it, I think he was warmer in there than a normal bed.

I am so glad you posted this. I have had cracked heels for years and at times they were so deep that walking hurt. I have a daycare business and I am on my feet alot. I will try this, as I have tried all the creams, tea tree oil, olive oil and creams that come with my hair color.
Thanks,
Jackie

i get cracked heels, too. very painful. and i worry about infection seeping into the cracks.

truly the only thing that works for me is washing my feet regularly and then pumicing them. and then lubing them up, putting on socks, and keeping my feet covered ALL the time.

i'm glad this flexitol works for you. i've tried it. i've tried everything. all that works is routine maintenance. boring. boring boring.

My husband will thank you for this. He has been complaining about his feet and asking me what do I have to help this. I just gave him hand cream. My hands get deep cracks that hurt so bad I want to bandage them up. The cold weather and washing my hands constantly causes it I guess. My feet aren't so bad. But thanks for the info. I always appreciate a recomendation.

Think it will work on hands? My feet are in better shape than my hands.
