Thank you, Amy and Devon. I'm so happy it won! I was sad for the ones that didn't because some were just amazing. One exhibitor hand knit an entire dress and took only an honorable mention. Yikes. Best in show was a stunning aran afghan. I got yelled at for touching it, but you know? I just had to see if it was as soft as it looked.
You won? YYAAYYYY! Of course you did! I kept on going on your blog to your wee count down thingy (very impressed by it too) to see how long you got until winner time! Well done! Now i am going to read you post properly, i just saw that you had won, haha! So happy for you! ((hugs))
There is only one human being on this earth that I would have bet on to win that ribbon...and that person is you!!!!!!!A demonstration of internal fortitude, dedication, and intelligence...I will take this event, with great happiness, to my grave!!!!
The Dutch think so, as do the French! and their flags look good! CONGRATULATIONS!!! I told you how lovely it was.
I love those two colours, though my favourite in clothes seems to be raspberry right now, and I love cerise hot pink. No idea whether colour me beautiful consultants would think it was "me" but I love me in it so that's what matters!
HIP_HIP!!! and WELL DONE. That is fabulous! It's a gorgeous piece of work and art, and deserves every color ribbon they've got. I smell a hot time in the Motor City:>)(other than the industrial fires...more like a garlic and yummy food kind of smell.)
OMG, in my house sale stupor I almost missed it. Way to go, Rudee!!! Now think back to all that hard work and anguish. Aren't you glad you persevered? Aren't you just proud as sh*t? Hot damn, yahoo, whoop, whoop, whoopee. Pop the cork, toast big red.
